A few pieces of information you need to ensure you have before you call-

• Name and contact details
• Full site address incl postcode
• Date/ Time
• Amount of concrete required (if not the dimensions so I can work it out- length, width, depth in meters and ml)
• Brief idea what the concrete is for eg footings, slab, oversights, path, shed base
• Length of pipeline needed for the pump if hiring additionally. Over or under 40 meters.
• Any additional requirements such as fibers, retarders..
